Work
Move
RecoverMost women here are carrying a career, a family, and their own health at the same time. The Moving Office gives you a daily structure and a small community, so that looking after all three stops depending on willpower alone.
The Moving Office was built for the woman who wants to keep building her career without quietly losing her body, her energy, her confidence, or her people along the way.

You don't pause your career to be here. You bring your work with you, follow a structured daily schedule for two weeks, and go home with routines that still work in the city.
This is not a vacation, and it is not a digital detox. It is fourteen days of real work, daily movement, and proper rest, with a written plan for continuing all three after you fly home.
Protected deep-work blocks every morning keep your career moving while you're here.
You'll run, lift, surf, and stretch every day, always at your own level.
Afternoon workshops cover business, leadership, and communication skills you can use at work the next morning.
Sleep, nutrition, and real downtime are scheduled into every day, not left to chance.
You'll share dinners, evening circles, and an accountability group that keeps meeting after the trip ends.
Before you leave, you'll write a return-home plan so the routine survives your first Monday back.
Focused work stays at the centre of each day, and everything else is planned around it.
Before the trip, the six of you meet over brunch in Manila. You'll get to know each other, receive your founding kits, and talk through what you each want from the two weeks ahead.
The first two days are for settling in. You'll unpack at the villa, learn the daily schedule, and get your workspace set up before the full routine begins.
From day three, the full schedule begins. Mornings are for focused work, and afternoons bring workshops on business, leadership, and personal systems. By the end of the week, the schedule starts to feel automatic.
These six days are the core of the trip. You repeat the full daily routine of work, movement, and recovery until it sticks, and you spend the evenings in conversation with the five women doing it alongside you.
The final two days are about going home well. You'll write your own integration plan, and we'll close with a dinner where each woman shares what she's taking back with her.

Built to breatheBaler is the birthplace of Philippine surfing, six hours north of Manila. Here you can be in the ocean at sunrise, at your desk by mid-morning, and back on the waves or the trails by late afternoon.
The town runs on the tide, which makes it easy to keep a schedule that alternates work, movement, and rest. That's exactly why we chose it.

Lexi Noval founded FlexFit to help women find strength in every sense: physical, mental, personal. What started as workouts among friends grew into a movement across Southeast Asia, from the Building Her series to the EmpowerHer Runs, and into a community where women can grow without pressure or isolation. The Moving Office is her next step: a system for living real life a little better, not escaping from it.

Tiara shoots the photos and films that document each group as it unfolds, and built the website and the workflows that keep things running behind the scenes. What she captures is what turns fourteen days in Baler into something you can look back on, and share, long after you fly home.
There is nothing to pay when you apply. Applications are reviewed in the order they arrive, and they close once all six spots are filled, or on August 31, whichever comes first.
In January 2027, The Moving Office opens to twelve women for the full flagship program, at flagship pricing. The six women from Baler get first place in line before spots open to the waitlist.
One partnership covers both the founding trip in Baler and the January 2027 flagship that follows. Your product is used every day for two weeks, and it appears throughout the photos and films we publish from both trips.
Category exclusivity is first come, first served: one brand per category, ever.
